Villa Serena is located in Houston, Texas and is the original historic site of the DePelchin Faith Home that was completed in 1913. It was designed by the noted St. Louis architectural firm of Mauran and Russell. The building served as an orphanage until 1938. It was then chartered in 1893 and named as a memorial to Kezia Payne DePelchin, a pioneer in the field of social work in Houston. The architectural design of the roof soffit and arched windows are the dominant elements of this historic building. The home was converted to fifteen distinctive historic condominiums in 2002.

Currently, there are two condominums for sale in Villa Serena in the $200,000 – $300,000 price range.
